Shipping and Returns Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped through UPS and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout according to your location and the weight of your order. Please allow 1-3 days for shipping labels to be printed and processed once your order is placed.
Email Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a receipt via the email you provided at checkout and an order confirmation email. If you do not see a confirmation email, be sure to check your spam folder. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email OR on the receipt under WooCommerce ID.
Undeliverable Packages:
If the address you provided is incorrect or undeliverable, you will be responsible for any additional postage needed. Please double-check that your address is correct before placing your order!

LOCAL IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY
We offer a FREE local pickup option for our customers in the greater BHM area! Please select ‘LOCAL PICKUP’ as your delivery option at checkout and we will send you an email with instructions once your order is ready!
Local Pickup Conditions:
- Orders can be picked up at our storefront during normal business hours.
- Please allow anywhere from 24-48 hours for orders to be fulfilled Monday-Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday, and available for pickup on Tuesday.
- Orders must be picked up within 7 business days once the order is placed. Any orders not picked up after 7 days will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Items purchased online and picked up at the shop follow the same return policy as all other products.

RETURNS POLICY
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order (but we are confident that you will be!), we accept returns within 14 days of purchase as long as the items are in the same condition that you received them in.
Return Conditions:
- All sale items are final sales.
- Merchandise must be in the same condition that you received them in.
- Once a return is received, inspected, and approved, the cost of the item will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow for 5-7 business days for returns to be processed.
- If items are defective and/or not in the original condition, you will not be accepted for a refund and a shipping fee will be charged to the original form of payment in order to send the item back to you.
- When shipping a return back to us, we ask that it is shipped back in appropriate packaging that protects the merchandise from any damages during transit. Any broken or damaged merchandise cannot be credited back to the customer.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
We carefully package each item to ensure it is safe and protected during transit, however, if there is a problem with your order, please email us at [email protected] within three days so that we can make things right. Please include pictures of the damaged merchandise in your email.
To return:
- Please carefully read over our return policy to ensure that your order is eligible for a return before you complete your return.
- Include your order number (you can find this in your original order confirmation email) and the reason for return (i.e. defective item, didn’t fit in your space, etc.).
- Please use the mail courier of your choice to ship back the merchandise as we do not offer free returns.
