Nona Ruth’s has a 30 day return policy. We will gladly accept any item purchased from Nona Ruth’s that is in the original condition, accompanied by the original sales receipt and credit to the tender used at the time of purchase with in 30 days of that purchase.
Nona Ruth’s reserves the right to issue store credit after the 30 days from date of original purchase and/or if there is no sales receipt to accompany the return.
All returns and/or exchanges on registered items must be made with in 60 days of the event date. If there is no sales receipt to accompany these returns, Nona Ruth’s will gladly exchange and/or issue store credit for returned item(s).
Store credits are valid for one year from the date issued.
Nona Ruth’s sells only first quality merchandise. We take extra precautions to insure that as each item is received from the manufacturer and accepted only if these standards are present. Nona Ruth’s will package and/or wrap each item before it leaves or store to insure that all products arrive to their destination in their original condition. Should this not occur, Nona Ruth’s must be notified within 7 days of the original purchase.
Nona Ruth’s is proud to offer a full registry service. Anyone can create a registry for any items. We at Nona Ruth’s will assist our customers in this process and maintain the registry to provide gift ideas for all. Please inquire about “getting registered” at Nona Ruth’s today.
Nona Ruth’s is delighted to offer our layaway program. Any item(s) may be placed on lay away for 30 days. 1/3 of the total lay away amount is due at the time of purchase. 1/3 is due within 14 days and full amount is due in 30 days. Once a layaway item is “purchased” and lay away agreement is signed the item is removed from the sales floor.
Should the layaway terms not be met the items will be returned to stock and no refunds issued. This helps us keep or merchandise current at all times.
